You have the option to return the products for FREE within 30 days of your order. If you want to return a product, you can request a RETURNS INSTRUCTION from our customer service. Our customer service can be reached via the email address and telephone number below. You can return the package to us free of charge using this return instruction (shipping label or freepost number). IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Our products cannot be returned to Obelink (not even in one of the stores). You can return products with all supplied accessories, if reasonably possible in the original condition and packaging. If you have used the product too much to rate, we may charge a depreciation for this. That amount will be deducted from the amount that you will still receive. Products for which the seal has been broken cannot be returned (such as games, batteries and hygiene-sensitive products).If a product is damaged or defective, we request that you inform us immediately so that we can work with you can find a solution. When you return an order, do not forget to add the packing slip and/or a return form (otherwise your return cannot be processed). Always request and keep proof of postage in case the package accidentally goes missing. If we have received the product in good condition, you will receive a confirmation by email from Obelink. The refund will (if applicable) be provided by Obelink.
Complaints handling; You may have a complaint about an order, which we naturally find very annoying. To ensure that the complaint is handled as quickly and smoothly as possible, we request that you contact the sales partner directly. You can find the contact information in the order confirmation and on this page. The sales partner is not affiliated with the Dispute Committee Foundation. But as a European customer you can submit a dispute to https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/?event=main.home2.show>ODR (Online Dispute Resolution of the European Commission). If you cannot reach an agreement with the sales partner or have a complaint about the sales partner itself, you can contact Obelink customer service. Obelink customer service can be reached from Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 17:00 PM.
